Our Hiring Process
From opportunity to onboarding, here’s what to expect from the Calyx application process.
Application
Once you’ve found a role that interests you, the first step is to complete an application online. To help us stay connected, we recommend that you join our talent network.
Your application will be reviewed by real Calyxians who aim to respond within one week of application.
Interview
If your application is processed, a member of our friendly hiring team will be in contact to arrange an interview.
If you are a person with a disability, you will be able to confidentially self-identify and provide details on your accommodation or adjustment request to complete the interview process.
Our team will then review the details of your needs and work with you on accommodation or adjustment options for your application.
The interview process is a chance for us to get to know each other better. We recommend you conduct some research into Calyx and our solutions, as well as the area you’d like to work in. Remember to bring along any questions you may have – the team are happy to answer!
We train our hiring managers and talent team on interviewing best practices and unconscious bias to ensure you get the most out of your application journey. Our interviews involve a combination of job-related behavioral and situational questions to better understand your capabilities and prior experiences.

We’ll keep you regularly informed of any updates with your application status along the way. If you would like feedback following an interview, we are always happy to help – just ask.
After your final interview, our team will let you know the outcome. If you were successful, you’ll begin your onboarding journey with us.

Your first 90 days
We want to ensure you start your Calyx journey fully equipped with all the tools and knowledge you need to be your best and more. Before you start with us, you’ll receive everything you need (and maybe even some corporate Swag). You’ll be inducted to Calyx, your team, and your role and will be invited to ask any questions along the way.
We make sure you have regular check-ins with your management and peers to ensure a sense of belonging.
